Bat excursion Utrecht

Would you like to learn more about the secretive critters that share the city with us and move about after dark? FFN Academy is hosting a bat excursion where ecologist and bat-expert Ilco van Woersem will take you on a night tour to show you exactly where to find them and give you all the intriguing details about their ecology and behaviour . You will even get the chance to hear their calls and learn how to recognise different species using a real bat-detector!

We will leave from the impalastraat 119 in Utrecht at 21:30. You will get some instructions and the bat-detectors will be distributed. Half an hour later the bats will fly out! The excursion will end between 11pm and midnight.
