Coming Monday 13 November, as part of the Seriously Sustainable week at WUR, we will come together with popcorn and drinks to watch two short documentaries related to nature conservation! We will first get to know about the conflicts between Asian elephants and coffee farmers in Southern India. This international documentary shows not only what struggles this protected species create but also what alternative approaches can be used to co-live with them. Afterwards our conservation journey will take a large turn and we will put on our boots and take our loupes (figuratively) to go on an expedition through the magnificent Dutch delta.
