The Future For Nature Academy is full of enthusiastic people with a passion for nature conservation. At the same time there are many conservationists and nature oriented organizations that could use some help in finding the right people. This webpage is here to link both worlds closer together and create a platform for volunteering opportunities and (part-time) jobs in conservation.
Do you wish to share a conservation-related vacancy or opportunity? Please send the information (job details, deadline, timeframe, location, what you are looking for, etc.) and a characteristic picture/logo or your organization/initiative to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can post it online as soon as possible.
We are looking for a Marine Biologist to investigate competition, secondary space provision, predation and diet overlap in nearshore benthos around Ryder Bay habitats (adjacent to the Rothera Research station, West Antarctic Peninsula).

Zoological Field Assistants will be recruited to carry out fieldwork on seabirds and seals. Bird Island is small (7 km in length) and forms part of the South Georgia archipelago where it is buffeted by both prevailing westerlies and cold winds from Antarctica. Up to 10 staff live in a modern research station with a satellite link to the outside world and comfortable accommodation.
Volunteering for the Wildlife Trust of South and West Wales (WTSWW) at CBMWC is a fantastic opportunity for you to make a positive contribution to marine conservation, meet new people who share your interests and experience Wales’ amazing marine life. You will learn about the species and habitats in Cardigan Bay, gain vital experience in field work, research methods, community engagement and much more.
